Our Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use the Site and to support our advertising on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

We may use the Meta Pixel (and similar tools from other ad platforms) to measure conversions and serve relevant ads. The Meta Pixel collects information such as the pages you visit on our Site and actions you take. Meta processes this data in line with its own Data Policy.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized ads at Facebook's Ad Preferences and Google's Ad Settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

What happens when you ask:

• We confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
• We delete your enquiry and contact records, remove you from any marketing list, and delete your session gallery and the photo and video files in it.
• We ask our advertising partners to remove you from custom audiences built from our customer data.

Two things we cannot delete on request. We must keep invoices and payment records for the period tax law requires. And once photography or video has been published in our portfolio or advertising with your agreement, copies already distributed or cached by third-party platforms are outside our control — tell us and we will remove it from our own channels and ask those platforms to do the same.

Deleting your data ends any active project, since we need your contact details and files to deliver it.

Our Site and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure storage, and limited internal access. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Site and ads may contain links to third-party sites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties; we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
